Eventoguru welcome you to join us today. You need to understand our Terms of Service before starting your platform experience. These terms explain all the rules people need to follow when using Eventoguru's platform no matter their role as organizer, attendee, sponsor or vendor. When you use Eventoguru you confirm to follow our terms which makes the platform better for everyone involved. Your use of our services confirms you accept these terms so please spend time reviewing them. You need to accept these Terms of Service to access Eventoguru.

1. Definitions

  • “Eventoguru” “We, Our, or Us” refers to the event management, ticketing, and vendor related services platform.
  • "User" refers to everyone who uses our platform like event creators, participants, sellers, supporters, and business affiliates.
  • The term "organizer" describes people or organizations which manage their events through our platform services.
  • “Attendees” represent people who sign up for buying tickets and attending the events available on Eventoguru.
  • Content refers to every type of material such as text, pictures, videos, web links, and platform data that “users” upload to Eventoguru.

2. Eligibility

Those who want to use Eventoguru must reach 18 years of age or have a parental or guardian approval. Your use of our platform demonstrates your legal ability to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

  • You will need to create an account to use the platform at its full capacity.
  • Keep your account credentials private because all your information is confedential.
  • You accept responsibility to give us accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Eventoguru can end service to accounts that submit inaccurate account information.

4. Event Listings & Ticket Sales

  • Event organizers must correctly list all event details including date, time, venue, price, and more.
  • Attendees need to check all event information before they buy tickets.
  • Organizers and legal requirements determine the conditions under which people can cancel their purchases or registrations.
  • Eventoguru does not have to pay for changes and cancellations initiated by event organizers.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Users to pay for premium ticketing and promotional services offered by Eventoguru.
  • Third parties providers handles the payment processing system. When you make payments you accept their established rules and regulations too.
  • The organizer determines how they will process refunds and manage disputes within legal limitations.

6. User Conduct

Using Eventoguru requires you to follow these standards when you sign up

  • Do not put misrepresented or deceptive information online.
  • Do not take part in offensive actions against others.
  • Follow all government rules and official regulations.
  • Do not share files that can harm users' systems or spread unwanted messages.

Eventoguru has the right delete any content and block members who do not abide by these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

Eventoguru maintains ownership rights of all Eventoguru properties including logos, trademarks, and software.

Users may upload content to Eventoguru while keeping full ownership yet they give Eventoguru unlimited access to show and use the content across its platform.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Eventoguru's platform enables event management but the platform bears no responsibility for the actions of event hosts or attendees.

Our service may experience interruptions and technical problems.

Under legal limits Eventoguru rejects all warranties and should not be held responsible for direct or indirect damage.

9. Termination

Eventoguru has the right to end user access at any time if they do not follow our rules and regulations.

Our users have the right to end their account usage whenever they no longer feel need to be on this platform.

10. Changes to Terms

The Platform reserves the freedom to modify these Terms periodically. Users agree to the updated Terms when they keep using the platform.
